[Clarification of Blues' Sea Magic]

-For attacks, he summons waves, floods areas, whirl pools, etc. His most violent spell is a hurricane. But since his attack spells have such a wide area of effect, he doesn't use them at full power unless he (and maybe his allies) have a safe place to retreat to. Once he casts these kinds of spells, he can't do much to control them accept cancel them after they've been going for a while.

-He's mostly about supporting his allies. He can kiss people to give them the ability to breath under water (can be on the cheek, for goodness sake). Also, he can do things like create hard water barriers and currents to help them swim faster.

-Can sing people into a trance where they lower their guard
and tell him things if he asks them in song. He can target a single person, or- on a more difficult level, try to captivate an audience. (The spell doesn't tend to work on less intellegent people, and is rarely successful on every member of an audience. It cancels if Blues stops singing or if any aggressive action is taken again the enchanted people. )

-He can heal people: his healing spells work slower than
the kind in video games. They replenish energy first, then gradually work on wounds. His best healing comes from his tears (a problem since he completely rejects the idea of crying). It would have to be pinched out of him.

[Other Abilities]

-A Fast and Skillful Swimmer: can jet through water against currents, raging rivers, and up waterfalls.

-Can sense when rain is coming and comb pearls out of his hair. Yeah... his hair makes pearls.

[Weaknesses]
-Fire. Apart from the pain of being baked like a tuna, he's very much afraid of it.
-Cats. Another fear.
-Flying. Yet another fear. For this one, he clings childishly to anything solid and holds as still as possible (save working his panicked, angry little mouth)
-Loud noises in the water. (It's like painful vibrations pet fish get when people tap on the tank.)
-Fishing Nets.
-Dry Land.
